Conflict De-escalation training 2023
SMART Local 565 is offering a training on the basics on verbal de-escalation and teaching confidence when dealing with difficult people. This class is open to all Local 565 members. Local 565 Officers, Stewards, and Committee people are strongly advised to attend.
