Nose pieces for mask makers
The International’s SMART Army asked Local Unions to step up during the COVID-19 pandemic and help provide aluminum nose pieces to volunteer mask making groups who were sewing masks for front-line workers across America. Local 565 partnered up with our signatory contractors Carnes Company and Greenheck Fan and together we supplied over 200,000 nose pieces to those volunteers!
The Local wants to take this opportunity to thank our members and signatories for their time and donations. We also want to say THANK YOU the front-line workers of America and to the volunteers making masks. We all work better when we together.
